Charlton's Blondie #212 poses the burning question right on the cover: "What's a Super-Dagwood?" — and Paul Fung Jr.'s art answers with a gleeful image of Dagwood himself bursting outward in a superhero costume, fist raised triumphantly, surrounded by an explosion of colorful chaos while Blondie looks on from a small inset portrait. It's a wonderfully silly collision of domestic comedy and superhero swagger, all for just a quarter in 1975.
