Angry at Beetle and Killer for playing baseball outside his office, Sarge hits their ball 587 feet away hoping they'll never find it again. They do find it outside the office of J.J. Sharp, Camp Swampy's publicity agent, who tells them that it "ties Babe Ruth's record for hitting the longest ball!". Under orders from General Halftrack to create publicity for the camp, Sharp decides to get Sarge even madder, in the hope of breaking The Babe's record. ...Sarge does get madder but breaks a completely different record.
