Marvel's mature-readers "Red Band" label arrives with a statement cover: Blade stands bloodied and glowing-eyed at the center, a gleaming silver blade thrust forward as two massive, fang-baring vampires flank and claw at him from either side, their grotesque faces already bearing the wounds of the Daywalker's work. C. F. Villa's linework sells the visceral intensity perfectly, and Java Tartaglia's deep reds make every drop of carnage pop against the warm orange background.
