Black Widow by Kelly Thompson #1
In "The Ties That Bind Part 1," Natasha Romanoff—fresh from a mission for Captain America—finds herself suddenly targeted in her own apartment. Months later, she’s rebuilding her life in San Francisco, blending into a quiet routine with a mysterious new love interest and a surprising knack for motorcycles, while Hawkeye and the Winter Soldier spot her on the news and grow concerned. Meanwhile, a shadowy group, including the enigmatic Arcade, has been tracking her every move for over a month. Written by Kelly Thompson and illustrated by Elena Casagrande, with colors by Jordie Bellaire and letters by VC's Cory Petit, this issue’s striking cover by Adam Hughes captures Natasha’s new life with quiet intensity.
