Black Science #8

A towering, armor-helmeted praying mantis perches atop what appears to be a strange alien cannon or weapon, surveying a rocky alien landscape where small humanoid figures linger in the background — it's the kind of quietly unsettling image that reminds you why Matteo Scalera's dimension-hopping visuals keep Black Science so visually alive. Dean White's warm, dusty color palette gives the whole scene a sun-baked otherworldliness that feels both ancient and utterly strange. Rick Remender's anarchic multiverse adventure rolls on with issue #8, and if this cover is any indication, the worlds only keep getting weirder.
