Black Manta #5
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe penultimate chapter of Chuck Brown, Valentine De Landro, and Marissa Louise's six-issue limited series arrives with a cover by Jorge Fornés that is pure, brooding tension — Black Manta's helmet dominates the composition, rendered in deep crimson and black, its twin lenses filling the frame like twin targeting systems locked on a threat just out of sight. Overlaid HUD-style readouts and a raised armored fist add a menacing, high-tech edge to the image, while the tagline "Death by Devil Ray" and the "Prelude to Aquamen" banner hint at the high stakes heading into the finale. If you've been following this series, issue five promises to be a pivotal stop on the road to whatever's coming next.
