From MLJ Magazines' summer 1945 lineup comes this atmospheric entry in the Black Hood series, with a cover by Everett Kinstler that pulls you straight into a murky, lantern-lit underworld. The Black Hood — clad in his distinctive blue mask and yellow costume — wades through dark water while carrying an unconscious woman in a red dress, wooden beams looming overhead and a rushing torrent churning nearby.
