Slam the Gate!" — a vivid snapshot of wild freedom fighting back against capture. The cover text promises the story "Paid in Full," with a blurb declaring that this king of wild horses, nostrils flaring, fought relentlessly until his captors had settled the score. E. H. Hart's linework gives the scene real energy, the horse's muscular silhouette striking against that warm orange-yellow background.
