Harvey Comics' "Giant Size" package was clearly delivering real value in April 1963, and this issue makes a strong case for it. The cover by Lee Elias perfectly captures the Black Cat's flair — dressed in her blue costume and mask, she swings dynamically on a pole while a terrified villain scrambles away on roller skates, all set against a bold yellow moon dominated by the looming silhouette of a great black cat. Billed as the "Queen of Cats," she's every bit as compelling here as the promise of "More Black Cat's Judo Tricks!" suggests.
