The main story features the Black Cat, Hollywood's glamorous crime fighter, at a movie premiere where actress Linda Turner places her hands and feet in wet cement for the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A man named Jonesy becomes involved in a kidnapping scheme targeting a child, demanding ransom and threatening to take the girl to Woodland Drive. The Black Cat pursues the criminals through a dramatic chase involving a yellow cab and confronts the culprits, ultimately foiling their plot. A secondary story depicts two cadets at Hilltop Military Academy who attempt to break into a locked estate house during spring vacation, discovering it contains a swimming pool and encountering unexpected dangers before being pursued by authorities.
