This issue contains three Western stories: "The Massacre Plan," in which Billy the Kid must stop a man named Schill who plans to massacre settlers and cage the Apaches for his own profit; "Red Handed," where Billy recovers a stolen Action Colt .45 revolver from a criminal and reunites with an old acquaintance named Don Carlos; and "The Ranchero's Daughter," featuring Billy intervening in a conflict between settlers and Apaches over land and resources, ultimately preventing further bloodshed through negotiation with tribal leadership.
