Two of pop culture's coolest antiheroes share the spotlight in this third chapter of BOOM! Studios' six-issue crossover — Snake Plissken charges forward with rifle raised, shades on and attitude intact, while Jack Burton looms large in the background looking characteristically bewildered, his dragon-emblazoned shirt a nod to the mystical world they've stumbled into together. A crowd of armed figures advances through a neon-tinged cityscape behind them, suggesting the odds are decidedly not in their favor. Daniel Bayliss's cover work — colored beautifully by Tríona Farrell — gives the whole scene a vibrant, pulpy energy that captures exactly why pairing these two John Carpenter universes felt like such a natural idea in 2016.
