This issue is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Big Shot" follows Jud Bradley and Dixie Dugan as they navigate rehearsal complications and romantic misunderstandings, with Jud apologizing for his behavior and later calling Dixie for a date on Mulberry Street. A separate story depicts a boxing match where two yellow-suited fighters compete, with one emerging as the middleweight champion despite mysterious circumstances. "Tony Trent," illustrated by Mari Bailey, shows Tony caught between two fencers in what appears to be a dangerous situation, as he expresses concern about forming a new government and fears something dreadful is about to happen.
