Mark Millar and Pepe Larraz's Big Game keeps the tension cranked up in issue three, with a cover that drops us right into the danger — two masked fighters in lucha-style masks crouch in fighting stances as a hulking figure looms behind them beneath a shadowy archway, all rendered with sharp, moody linework by Larraz. The shadowy silhouettes encroaching from the foreground suggest these three are badly outnumbered, and the yellow-tinted lighting gives the whole scene an appropriately tense, underground feel.
