Big Boss #47
In "Le secret de l'œuf fossile," Rex finds himself far from his usual beat when a chance flight takes him into a high-stakes sky-jack situation, his keen nose for danger leading the way through a fog-shrouded mountain crash. With John Broome's sharp storytelling and Gil Kane's dynamic art bringing the tension to life, this gripping adventure sees Rex track the criminals from wreckage to town, proving his worth in a case that lands him a surprising new title. The cover by Dick Dillin and Sheldon Moldoff captures the mystery with a striking, atmospheric image.

Lost in the fog, it crashes onto a mountain top. Rex slips out and treks through the fog to a town then leads the law back, even gets the jump on the crooks.
