Roy Raymond films the attempts of two citizens to disprove the legend for Impossible but True, but in both cases, a strange underwater cloud covers them. They disappear, and a fish appears in their place. Noticing a whale amongst all other ocean life, Roy decides to give it a try. Though Roy disappears and a fish appears in his place, he has actually gone inside the whale and found the men behind the scam. The legend was a ploy to scare people away from the lake bed, which is covered with treasure.
