In "Dine and Dunce," Betty goes all out to impress Archie with a formal dinner at her house, dragging her family into tuxedos and evening gowns. Jughead, seeing the scene, warns Archie to step up his game—but by the time Archie changes, the Coopers have ditched the fancy clothes for jeans and T-shirts, leaving the moment (and Archie’s outfit) utterly wasted.
