This anthology issue features Tim Holt in "Straight Arrow," in which a deputy must rouse the town to stop bank robbers attempting to escape; the story culminates in a confrontation where Tim catches the deputy who had dropped his sixgun and discovers evidence that clears an innocent man named Shamus Reilly, who had been framed for the crime and was to be hanged. The issue also includes a "Major Mars' Mission to Venus" science fiction story involving a space soldier tasked with stealing Venusian plans using a Professor's designed copy ring, which leads to the sun's rays pushing the rocket back to Earth and saving humanity from invasion. Additionally, the comic includes a mail-order advertisement for Major Mars' own Rocket Ring with various features and printing papers.
