Artist Daisuke Takino renders her against a bold red background with the kind of confident linework that makes this fantasy action series feel genuinely alive. Story by Isshiki Ichika keeps the momentum rolling, and this 2022 entry is a fine place to feel the pull of the series' darker, hungrier world.
