Der Joker bringt seine ehemaligen Komplizen einen nach dem anderen um, ohne dass Batman es verhindern kann. Als ihn der Joker überrumpeln kann, tötet er Batman nicht, da er in seinem verwirrten Geist eine besonders fiese Methode für ihn geplant hat. Zusammen mit seinem letzten Opfer stößt er Batman in einen riesigen Wassertank mit einem gefährlichen Hai.
