Batman: Streets of Gotham #20

The fifth chapter of "The House of Hush" arrives with a genuinely unsettling cover by Dustin Nguyen — a glowing crimson canister dominates the composition, its contents a writhing, monstrous creature with a skeletal face, while flanking oval panels reveal a bandaged figure on one side and a trio of characters including two men and a woman on the other. The ornate base of the canister is stamped with a skull motif, quietly reinforcing the sense of dread that permeates the whole image. Paul Dini, Nguyen, and Derek Fridolfs continue their run on this 2011 series with what promises to be another atmospheric dive into Gotham's darker corners.
