Jace wants to find a way to make a difference, and with Vol's help he plans to make use of the Batman armor that he found that was designed by his father. He starts by investigating six radicals with a connection to Tyler Arkadine, and finds they have been sent to stir up trouble between peaceful protesters and the police in Alleytown.
