Batman: Gotham Knights – Gilded City #6

The six-issue miniseries Batman: Gotham Knights – Gilded City reaches its finale with a cover by Greg Capullo and Jonathan Glapion that commands attention: a menacing long-haired villain dominates the foreground, snarling and thrusting his fist toward the viewer, while a inset panel below him reveals Batman and a team of Gotham's heroes — including figures resembling Nightwing, Robin, and a caped blonde warrior — braced and ready for the confrontation ahead. The contrast between that singular threatening figure and the united front of the Knights makes for a striking final-issue image. Writer Evan Narcisse and artist Abel bring "Gold Crush" home in what looks to be a suitably tense showdown for Gotham City.
