Picking up after the events of The Long Halloween, the story follows Batman as he investigates a new serial killer targeting former police officers, while also introducing the early days of Dick Grayson as Robin. Published by Semic S.A. in 2002, this volume presents the first six issues of the twelve-issue series in a European album format.
