With the help of a young woman and her dog, they must unravel the mystery behind the mechanical "demigod" before the illusion turns deadly.

In "O menor vilão do mundo," Batman takes on a daring case when he learns that Joe Burr has kidnapped a brilliant inventor of a shrinking machine. To outwit the criminal, the Caped Crusader uses the device himself, shrinking to miniature size in a bold and unconventional pursuit.

In "O arqueiro azul," the Signalman attempts to outwit Batman by masquerading as a Green Arrow imitator, armed with a stolen archery gimmick and a plan fueled by a foe's cunning. With Robin at his side, Batman must unravel the deception before the masked trickster strikes again.
