From within the dramatic frame of a hooded figure's cloak, two masked faces peer outward — one a blonde, pink-hooded figure with a stitched mask, the other a bat-symbol-wearing hero in blue, both framed against a swirling, psychedelic backdrop of greens and pinks. Jorge Corona's cover art for this fourth chapter of "One Way or Another" is genuinely striking, using that bold wraparound composition to create an unsettling sense of being watched. Cloonan and Conrad's Batgirls continues to deliver inventive visual storytelling, and with Sarah Stern's vivid color work making every panel pop, issue #4 is a fine place to feel the series hitting its stride.
