This first volume of the French edition of Bakegyamon collects the opening chapters of the series, where a young boy named Sanshiro is drawn into a mysterious game involving strange creatures and a hidden island. The story, originally by Mitsuhisa Tamura, blends adventure and supernatural elements as contestants battle with summoned monsters in a tournament-like setting. This Casterman release marks the series' debut in French translation.
