In "Treason," Commander Sinclair arrives on Minbar during a pivotal moment: the swearing in of a new Minbari leader, just as a dangerous conspiracy begins to unfold. Accused of plotting to assassinate the new leader, Sinclair finds himself caught in a web of political intrigue, while on Babylon 5, Delenn emerges from her cocoon—her transformation now complete.
