“Las niñas del Teniente Newma”

In "Las niñas del Teniente Newma," a British lieutenant’s romance in Paris takes a sudden turn when he learns of his brother’s death and must care for his three young daughters. Though heartbroken, he returns to England, leaving only a letter to his beloved, believing it best to let her go. Two years later, a household advertisement for a French-speaking governess sets the stage for an unexpected reunion—though neither the girls nor the staff know the full story behind the man who now needs her. The story unfolds with quiet emotional weight, drawn with care by J. de Sola and presented on a cover by Jordi Franch.
