Azrael: Agent of the Bat #65
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeIssue #65 of Azrael: Agent of the Bat arrives in June 2000 with a cover by Roger Robinson and James Pascoe that's hard to look away from — a massive armored fist dominates the foreground while a caped, silhouetted Batman stands resolute against a full moon, the whole scene wreathed in churning orange flames. The composition sets up a palpable tension between Azrael and the Dark Knight, framed beautifully by that fiery, swirling backdrop. Written by Dennis O'Neil with art by Robinson and Pascoe inside as well, "The Witness" promises the kind of brooding, morally charged storytelling this series does so well.
