After a chance encounter with a yakuza boss's daughter, he gets pulled into a hidden world of ayashi—supernatural beings—who battle for power in modern-day Tokyo. This volume sets up the series' blend of street-level gang warfare and folkloric monsters, with Kaku's signature kinetic art style on full display.
