When the Avengers worry over the Hulk’s instability after his departure, their fears are tested when they confront him—leading to a clash that escalates quickly. The Sub-Mariner, drawn into the conflict, finds himself at odds with both the Hulk and the Avengers, but soon sees a shared threat and offers an uneasy alliance.
