Charlton's war anthology Attack turns its spotlight fully on naval combat with this "All Navy Issue," and Sam Glanzman's cover sets the scene with urgent energy — a PT boat crew pushing through choppy, shell-torn waters as explosions erupt around them, one sailor calling out "Hard right rudder! We've got to sink the second one, then go back for the men on the beach!" Inside, Joe Gill scripts and Bill Molno pencils, with inks by Vince Alascia, delivering the kind of tight, action-driven military storytelling Charlton did reliably well in 1980. If you appreciate sea-warfare comics with an authentic, boots-on-deck sensibility, this one earns its place on the shelf.
