The issue contains two main stories. In the first, Atomic Mouse and his allies pursue Count Gatto to planet ZZZZ, where they confront the villain and his secret weapons; Atomic Mouse takes his U-225 pill to gain the strength needed to defeat Count Gatto and teach him a final lesson. In the second story, a group of woodland animals discovers a giant egg and attempts to hatch it, eventually discovering it contains an ostrich; after caring for the creature, they use its feathers to create colorful Easter baskets and decorations for Happy Forest. A brief backup story features characters experimenting with helium as a space-travel solution, which ultimately causes comedic mishaps when they float uncontrollably through the air.
