Paul Renaud's cover for this 2010 Dynamite series finale delivers a striking image of Athena — helmeted, silver-haired, and armored — striding forward with spear in hand and a ornate lion-emblazoned shield at her side, while a massive, glowing-eyed supernatural figure looms ominously in the crimson background. The Greek-key border framing the bottom of the image ties the whole composition together with a satisfying nod to the story's mythological roots. With Doug Murray writing and Fabiano Neves on interior art, this fourth issue promises a suitably epic conclusion to this modern reimagining of the goddess of wisdom and war.
