Astronauts in Trouble #10

This penultimate chapter of the eleven-issue series sports a wonderfully offbeat cover by Charlie Adlard — a boxy, retro-styled robot floating against a deep starfield, clutching what appears to be a glass of beer, with a cassette-tape head and a border of small numbered comic panels running along the bottom. Larry Young and Charlie Adlard's space-journalism adventure reaches its second-to-last installment here, and Adlard's clean linework gives the cover a charmingly lo-fi, DIY science-fiction sensibility that fits the series' indie spirit perfectly.
