Ash vs. the Army of Darkness #1

Dynamite's 2018 series kicks off with a cover that puts Ash front and center, chainsaw-hand roaring and boomstick raised, as a relentless horde of glowing-eyed Deadites swarms in from every direction — blood spattering across a stark white background for maximum effect. A massive purple demonic claw lunges from the lower left while more Deadites press in from below, leaving Ash no breathing room whatsoever. Nick Bradshaw's dynamic linework (inked by Bradshaw himself and colored by Pete Pantazis) captures the chaotic, crowd-pleasing energy that makes this franchise so enduringly entertaining.
