Carol's half-sister returns to London where she dies of leukemia. Her last request was to have Carol hand-deliver a letter to a man in New Zealand. At the airport, she is surprised to find a man expecting her. She accompanies him by jeep in her quest to deliver the letter, but his attitude toward her alternates between kindness and rudeness. Only later would they learn that a case of mistaken identity at the airport had made him think that she had arrived to marry the other man for his wealth. In fact, he had the same name and the letter was intended for him.
