The mash-up madness continues in *Archie x The Army of Darkness* #3 from Dynamite, where Francesco Francavilla's brooding cover art bathes a scarred, battle-worn figure in sickly green light while a chainsaw blade looms in the foreground — its chain lined with the glowing-eyed, deadite faces of what appear to be corrupted Riverdale teens, including a blonde among the undead. Francavilla's signature moody palette — deep reds, blacks, and that unsettling green — makes Riverdale feel genuinely threatening, a far cry from its usual sunny charm. If you've been following this collision of teen comedy and Deadite horror, issue three looks every bit as atmospheric and creepy as the crossover deserves.
