Jughead’s simple plan to buy a rubber plant for his mom spirals into a surprise auction adventure when he accidentally bids on a whole factory instead. With a little confusion and a generous offer from the underbidder, he finds himself walking away with a bonus — and a whole lot of unexpected cash.

In "Penny-Wise," Jughead stumbles upon an old penny and convinces Pop he can turn it into real cash by selling it—though he’s willing to eat the burgers first. The story follows his hopeful (and hilariously misguided) plan, with the inevitable twist that even a penny’s worth is still just a penny.
