When the teachers at Riverdale High strike for better pay, Mr. Lodge brushes off the disruption—until Veronica turns the Lodge mansion into a makeshift school hub, hosting the band, cheerleaders, and even the shop club in his garage. With the entire student body now using his estate, the school board’s priorities suddenly get a very personal twist.

In "Date Strait," Veronica finds herself on a date with Marvin, the national scholastic shot-put champion, only to discover his dedication to his training leaves little room for anything else. As the evening unfolds, his relentless focus puts their time together to the test, leaving Veronica questioning what really matters in a relationship.
