☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis hardcover collection reprints classic Archie comic stories from the early 1940s, showcasing the timeless humor and charm of Archie Andrews, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and the rest of the Riverdale gang. Volume 4 continues the archival series by Dark Horse, preserving the original comic strips and covers from that era in a high-quality format for collectors and new readers alike.
In "The Practical Joker," Veronica faces a quirky sorority challenge that sends her on a wild chase through Riverdale—dressed in a borrowed boy's clothes, including Jughead's iconic beanie. When Jughead gives chase, he’s mistaken for Veronica at the Geta-Hunka-Man initiation, leading to a hilarious mix-up that’s as charming as it is unexpected. Art by Janice Valleau brings the classic Archie charm to life with expressive, dynamic lines, and the cover by Janice Valleau captures the moment with playful flair.
