Archie Annual Digest #69

In "This Is the Life," Archie and Veronica enjoy a lazy afternoon lounging in the Lodge's new indoor pool, complete with a mysterious underwater door leading to the outdoor pool. When Archie accidentally flips the switch while leaving, the door opens—sending Mr. Lodge tumbling out into the freezing cold, much to his surprise and dismay.

In "Slight Adjustment," Archie, Betty, and Jughead visit Mr. Lodge’s new home computer, only for Archie to take a playful (and slightly mischievous) hand at tweaking an executive search program—just enough to make himself the top candidate. When the system recommends him for a job, the personnel department takes the suggestion at face value, setting off a chain of events neither Archie nor his friends expected.
