Archie and Me #114
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA summer-camp setting sets the stage for cheerful chaos in this 1979 entry in the long-running Archie and Me series. The cover — penciled by Stan Goldberg — finds a flustered Camp Director crouched over a map on the ground, exclaiming "Archie! We're lost!", while Archie and a group of delighted girls look on, one of them sighing, "My prayers have been answered!" Up top, a small vignette adds to the fun with two figures straining at a weightlifting bar to comedic effect. Writer and artist Joe Edwards, inked by Rudy Lapick and lettered by Bill Yoshida, brings that signature Archie warmth to "The Treatment" — a fine slice of classic Riverdale humor at a breezy 40 cents.
