Part of Arcadia's charming archive series, this 2024 volume collects more misadventures of the bumbling Renaissance genius Leonardo and his hapless apprentice. The cover, by Turk and Zidrou, sets the comedic tone perfectly: a wide-eyed, white-bearded old inventor stares in bewildered alarm at an easel displaying a very loose take on the Vitruvian Man — complete with a cartoonish grinning figure breaking right through the canvas with a saw. A small spotted dog adds to the delightful chaos at the inventor's feet, and the punny subtitle Genie, Vidi, Vinci! promises the wordplay is every bit as playful as the art.
