Animus #[nn]

Antoine Revoy's Animus presents a striking cover dominated by a large ceremonial mask — white, blood-streaked, and crackling with electric blue energy — that immediately signals something ancient and dangerous at the heart of this story. Flanking the mask are two young figures: a boy holding a shovel and another armed with what appears to be a makeshift weapon, both looking small but determined against the charged, black void surrounding them. Published in 2020 by Éditions IMHO, this French graphic novel looks like a genuinely compelling blend of folklore and youth-driven adventure.
