The Warner siblings — Yakko, Wakko, and Dot — are clearly causing their usual brand of beautiful chaos on this cover, spilling off a roller coaster alongside a wild crowd of Animaniacs characters including the Goodfeathers, Slappy Squirrel, and a terrified bystander clutching a sign that practically begs for mercy. Up above, Pinky and the Brain float away on colorful balloons, blissfully (or perhaps strategically) removed from the mayhem below. It's a wonderfully busy, cheerful image that captures exactly why this DC series from 1995 was such a treat for fans of the animated show.
