This cheerful 1949 DC offering puts the Raccoon Kids front and center in a wonderfully silly nautical adventure — one young raccoon peers through a telescope from the bow of a little red boat while his pal lounges at the stern, powering their craft with an electric fan. Otto Feuer's cover art captures the breezy, good-natured humor that made Movietown's Animal Antics a delight, and at 52 pages for just ten cents, there's plenty of Rube Grossman's cartooning inside to keep things lively.
