Angry Birds Game Play #3

Even the birds and pigs need a trim now and then — this third issue of IDW's Angry Birds: Game Play sets Red and a grinning green pig side by side in a barbershop, with a pair of clippers hovering ominously overhead while Red looks decidedly less than thrilled about the whole situation. The cheerful checkerboard floor and framed pig portraits on the walls give the scene a wonderfully absurd charm that captures the series' lighthearted spirit perfectly. A fun 2017 pick for fans of the franchise who enjoy seeing their favorite characters in delightfully unexpected situations.
