Angry Birds Comics #5

The whole flock is on high alert in this fifth issue from IDW's Angry Birds Comics series — the cover shows Red, Chuck, Bomb, and the Blues all converging on a nest where a pair of smirking green pigs have made themselves a little too comfortable among the eggs. The tension and comedy are perfectly balanced, with Big Brother Bird looming dramatically on the left while the pigs seem blissfully unbothered by the chaos surrounding them. With stories by Toriseva, Ferioli, and Tobin and a bright, energetic cover from Cabellic, this 2014 issue captures everything fans love about the Angry Birds universe in one wonderfully chaotic scene.
